What happens when you call

- A short automated prompt asks for your ZIP code and what kind of help you need, so the call can go to a company that works in your area.
- We'll try to connect you with an independent garage door company serving your ZIP code. If one is available, your call is transferred to them.
- You talk to the company directly. They ask about your door, explain what they can do, and schedule a visit if you want one.
- You decide. Any work, timing and terms are agreed between you and the company. You're never obligated to book anything.
Who the companies are
The companies are independent local businesses. We don't employ them, supervise their work, or make promises on their behalf. Please check any company yourself before work starts: ask for their business name, their Rhode Island Contractors' Registration and Licensing Board number (you can search the CRLB website) and proof of insurance. How this site is paid for
There's no charge to call. This site may be paid for referrals by a call network or garage door company when a call is connected. That doesn't change what you're told on the call or what you agree to with the company.
When a company isn't available
Coverage depends on which local companies are taking calls at that moment. If no one is available in your area, the prompt will tell you, and you're welcome to try again later or contact a company directly.
